Second Online Learning Activity: Collaborative Content Creation and Dissemination

The second online learning activity of our Erasmus+ project was organised by our Spanish partner, Colegio Malvar (Madrid, Spain), under the theme "Collaborative Content Creation and Dissemination."

The three-day virtual programme brought together students and teachers from Colegio Malvar (Spain), Lycée des Coteaux (France), and İdeaX Education and Culture Association together with Kemalpaşa Ferzent Bulum Anatolian High School (Türkiye). Around 12 students and 2 teachers from each partner participated, with students aged 14–18 working together in international teams.

The meeting focused on developing practical media literacy skills through collaborative digital content creation. During the workshops, participants learned the fundamentals of video editing, blog writing, social media management, and responsible online content sharing. Students brainstormed creative ideas based on media literacy themes before producing their own digital materials, including short videos, blog posts, posters, and social media campaigns.

Throughout the programme, students exchanged feedback, reflected on their work, and collaborated across borders to improve their digital communication and teamwork skills. The most successful outputs were selected for inclusion in the project's Media Literacy Toolkit, which will serve as a shared educational resource for students and teachers.

The activity also promoted eco-friendly and inclusive practices by encouraging paperless collaboration, responsible use of digital tools, and regular screen-free reflection sessions. By combining creativity, critical thinking, and international cooperation, the meeting strengthened participants' media literacy, digital competence, and active European citizenship while contributing to the long-term dissemination of the project's results.
